CSR-Customer Service/Account Representative

PDI Bulk is looking for a CSR - Customer Service / Account Representative for our Guelph location!

What you’ll do as the Customer Service Rep/Account Rep:

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax.
• Process orders in a fast-paced environment
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, and availability.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
• Work with customers to resolve shipping inquiries and order status questions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to stay organized.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in TMW, Synergize & People Net programs preferred.
• MS Office mid to high experience
• Should have the ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and carry out tasks required.
• Bilingual an asset 100% fluent in English (read, speak, write)
• Knowledge of SAP an asset

Shift Hours:

• 8:30am-5:00pm
• Monday-Friday
• Subject to change

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
• TMW, Synergize & People Net programs: 1 year (preferred)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
• SAP: 1 year (preferred)
