SalaryThis is a sales position made up of a base hourly rate of $25 per hour plus the opportunity earn between $2000 and $4000 in added monthly income for appointments that show. As an an Appointment Specialist for The Car Club your role will be entirely focused on converting sales leads and calls into appointments at one of our three locations. Answering the phone, and making outbound calls for the core purpose of driving traffic at our locations is the core of the position.
Much of our business is in car loans and taking consumer credit applications for prospects seeking a car loan is a key part of the position, as is making appointments to look at and test drive vehicles.
Bilingualism is an asset but second to the ability to quickly build relationships with prospects over the phone.
Important. You must be comfortable making continuous outbound calls to prospects, motivated by earning extra bonuses for appointments, and able to easily connect personally with people.
