This role will provide customer service as well as production coordinating and office admin support.
Evaluate and respond to telephone, fax and e-mail inquiries covering a broad range of customer service applications and products, investigating problems and responding accurately.
Contact delinquent accounts and maintain contact summery on an ongoing basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and resolve customer inquires using the computer system, materials provided and other tools as required
- Follow-up and investigate customer inquires not immediately solved
- Place customer orders into the computer system verifying all information is accurate
- Call customer with any initial order discrepancies
- Contact & document customers response if courier selection is changed from original order
- Phone contact with Sales team regarding plan or issues that may arise with client
- Provide customers with product information
- Reconcile courier documents daily
- Update customer & vendor information in computer system as required
- Enter all way bill information in computer system to help track Request reordering of any office supplies running low i.e. stamps, envelopes, paper
- Recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills is must
- 2-3 years or more experience in a related industry.
- Demonstrate a dedication and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
- General Computer knowledge specially Ms Excel and Word
