Responsibilities:
- work with a team of Customer Care representatives to provide excellent service to customers
- implement Customer Care strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution
- customer (‘patient’) and clinic (‘prescriber’) customer service
- review customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery
- Collaborate with the team to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Customer Care role
- Strong data entry and analytical skills to analyze customer data
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling and cross-selling products or services
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities, particularly English and Spanish, are highly desirable
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
