Who we are looking for?
We are looking for a customer-centric, detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
This role is responsible for answering emails and phone calls from customers, scheduling a service appointment, and then requesting the necessary service parts from the shop.
Must-Have Skills
· Minimum 1 year of related work experience in construction or related industry
· Must have knowledge about general computer programs
· Great customer service skills
· Works well under pressure
· Ability to develop professional relationships with both internal and external partners
· Someone who is willing to work flex hours
· Possess creative problem-solving skills
· Have the ability and desire to work in a face-paced, high-end environment
· Posses great time management skills and organization
Good to have skills
· Cabinetry knowledge (knowing what parts are needed to fix issues).
