Compensation: $35,000 - $43,000 per year, based on experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
McNaught Collision Centre is looking for a Customer Service Representative located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We are a growing team with opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and provide answers to questions accordingly with respect to their insurance claim(s)
- Outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments (Estimates and Repairs)
- Outbound calls to customers with status updates
- Assist with customer appointment check-ins and customer deliveries
- Update internal systems with detailed/accurate notes
- Assist with in person customer service as well as office work
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of Mitchell Connect would be an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a safe driving history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
