Job Description:
Happipad is seeking an online Customer Support Agent who is enthusiastic about helping people and wants to contribute to a technology-driven solution. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with registrations, and ensuring a seamless rental agreement process.
Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction:
2. • Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone calls, and text messages.

• Assist clients with registering on the Happipad platform.
• Respond to customer comments and questions on various communication channels.
• Engage with members of the community to promote home sharing.

3. Operational Support:
4. • Audit new user accounts and rental listings.

• Assist in processing rental contracts and invoices.
• Assist users with technical support.

5. Sales and Marketing Support:
6. • Engage in ticket-based sales and support.

• Suggest changes to operational processes, report bugs, and update sales reporting sheets.
• Manage responses from SMS and Email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on customer discovery and activity.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience in sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• Proficient in working online and quickly learning new software (Excel, Office, CRM software).
• Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating.
• Proficient typing skills (60+ wpm).
• Ability to work online as part of a virtual team.

Work Environment:
This position is offered as a full-time position, work from home as part of our virtual team.
