What youll do: Reporting to the Hardware Manager, the successful candidate will:
Meet all Meadow Lake Coop guidelines representing the Values and Brand.
Meet all Meadow Lake Coop guidelines on Dress Code, Personal Hygiene, Housekeeping and Customer Service.
Ensure high level of customer service is provided at all times;
Provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote sales and meet clients needs.
Directing calls, taking messages and enquiries from customers
Take fuel orders and communicate with drivers to fulfill those orders
Look up products in order to assist and provide guidance for customers
Flagging invoices and transfers for processing
Accept payments for fuel and payments on account
Be willing to learn and able to learn new computer programs
All other duties assigned
Who you are: You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Strong work ethic and a positive team player attitude.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Available to work a variety of shifts
Ability to work independently and as a team
