We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual, with a passion for skin care and medical aesthetics to join our team. As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Customer Experience from booking to follow up, as well as day to day operations of the business. You will be a valued member of our team by providing customers with a superior experience to create lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service to our clients
- Schedule patients, maintain the electronic medical record (Jane), handle payments
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails
- Manage product inventory and records, communicate with vendors
- Support the providers in office regarding customer communications, preparation and clean up of procedures
- Plan and implement customer event opportunities, assist with creation of marketing material as required
- Light housekeeping of the facility
- Engage with customers and share knowledge of the various services and skin care products offered to promote sales
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administrative role
- Medical administration diploma an asset but not required
- Knowledge of Jane electronic medical record an asset
- Knowledge of aesthetic medicine services and/or willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address customer concerns
- Social media proficiency

Salary: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
