Responsibilities include:
- Communicating via phone and emails with buyers, sellers, and truckers
- Following up on contracts & arranging deliveries
- Coordination of payments with sellers & buyers
- Obtaining inventory information
- Supporting team to broker grain trades
- Data entry and reporting
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative & customer service-related experience an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
