Customer Experience Representative

Overview

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for acting as a liaison, providing product and service information, and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer Experience Representative ensures excellent service standards, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction.

This is a salaried Full time position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails and texts.
• Respond to sales leads to Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy
