What You Will Contribute
As a member of our team, the Customer Service Support works closely with CX Advisors to provide crucial information about our products and services. They assist with customer inquiries regarding parts, service, and warranties. This role also involves collaborating with other team members, such as those in parts, service, sales teams, and suppliers.

- Answer incoming calls, take, and relay messages and provide information as requested.
- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate contacts or services
- Receiving products and materials, inspect and record basic data entry
- Assist customers with inquiries about parts
- Provide internal assistance to EVT's by helping retrieve parts for the shop floor.
- Assist the team with quoting and order entry.
- Research and order consumables
Help with receiving parts and equipment as required, including organizing the parts room inventory and handling general duties as needed.
What You Will Need
- 1+ years of exceptional customer service experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, organize work efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in dynamic environments.
- Demonstrates high ethics, values, integrity, and trustworthiness.
- Possesses a positive, enthusiastic, and passionate attitude.
- Forklift operation experience is considered an asset.
- Preferred candidates will possess automotive knowledge, with a background in the fire industry considered a valuable asset.
This position requires the successful candidate to have a valid driver's license. The successful candidate would have to provide proof that they have a valid driver's license upon being hired.
