Responsibilities:
Create and maintain TSSA customer account records and relationships.
Provide customized customer support, addressing inquiries and application processes.
Validate and investigate internal and external customer requests and documentation.
Communicate with inspectors and third parties to validate information and resolve issues.
Deliver periodic workload reports and escalate workload issues for resolution.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of the Technical Standards and Safety Act, 2000.
Customer account management skills.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate computer skills including Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
