Job description

As part of Absolute’s growing Go-To-Market organization, the Customer Programs Manager is a member of the Customer Experience team focused on customer-facing programs, general product readiness, and various customer communication initiatives.
We are looking for candidates who are results-driven and self-motivated, with a mission to support and enable customer and CX go-to-market teams to unlock the full value of Absolute.
Accountabilities Will Include:
  • Coordinate and assist ongoing digital Customer Programs
  • Participate in customer nurture programs to support NDR (net dollar retention) growth
  • Support customer communications for renewals, product releases, end-of-life / end-of-service, migrations, and other critical notifications
  • Support CX readiness through ongoing enablement of product changes and updates
  • Oversee various program tactics, assets, and timelines with internal stakeholders
  • Draft and build program messaging and emails
  • Assist and compile weekly internal CX enablement materials
  • Coordinate facilitators and schedule training sessions for new CX hires and other training initiatives
  • Keep CX enablement resources up-to-date across shared platforms
  • Plan and assist with ongoing CX meetings and staff appreciation initiatives
What You’ll Need:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing, product marketing, or a go-to-market enablement role in a SaaS high-tech work environment
  • Completion of post-secondary education, or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in building and maintaining internal cross-functional relationships
  • Strong aptitude for technology and desire to learn new software and skills
  • Ability to take initiative, own processes, and work independently as required
  • Boundless energy, enthusiasm, and positivity
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Additional Assets:
  • Experience with Asana (program / project management tools)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams (webinars / virtual events)
  • Experience with Docebo (learning management software)
  • Experience with Stensul, Marketo, or Pendo (email automation / in-product communication)
  • Knowledge of general IT practices and / or endpoint security, such as anti-virus, encryption, DLP, etc.
The Canada base pay range for this position is from CAD $72,000 -$80,000 annually; the base pay offered is determined by the market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
