Job Description:
Join our team as a Customer relations manager. To be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate
1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and common office equipment.
Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Self-starter who works well independently
Professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
