Position: Customer Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee and enhance the business relationships with assigned customers at District Brewing Company. The primary objective of the CRM is to foster sales growth for District, with corresponding compensation based on achieved milestones through a base salary and performance Bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop short, medium, and long-term sales strategies tailored to individual customers.
- Cultivate strong relationships with various companies, retailers, and clients.
- Organize and maintain structured schedules for efficient workflow.
- Establish and sustain targeted sales goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of company products, promotions, and campaigns.
- Compile and present data for comprehensive reporting purposes.
- Develop professional presentations for effective communication.
- Represent District Brewing Company and its brand at events and in day-to-day interactions.
