We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic, diverse team in the role of Customer Relationship Managerfor our head office/production facility, located in Scoudouc, NB.

Job Description:

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding and meeting the needs of customers, as well as overseeing the relationship with customers handled daily by the team. The Customer Relationship Manager oversees integration at all levels of the company to ensure quality products and prompt handling of customer calls. They possess excellent communication skills and maintain the core values of the organization.

Job Duties

· Build positive relationships and trust with cross-functional partners internally and externally

· Develop service procedures, policies and standards

· Participate in sales meetings with strategic prospects and accounts

· Manage client contracts and keep accurate and complete customer correspondence records

· Responsible for preparing and update reports for clients

· Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution

· Understand key customer individual needs and address them

· Responsible for calling existing clients, meeting with clients, and setting up client accounts

· Complete follow-up calls to ensure timely delivery, pick-up coordination, and product satisfaction

· Responsible for client feedback, quality issues and troubleshooting solutions promptly

· Responsible for maintaining regular contact with all clients

· Responsible to maintain a customer service mentality and drive to exceed expectations

· Work closely with sales and accounts managers to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients

· Conduct quality assurance surveys to determine customer satisfaction and use the findings to improve

· Work within the Sales budget

· Schedule regular meetings with clients (virtual and on-site) to strengthen the relationship and ensure that every client’s expectation, need and desire are fully met.

· Work closely with Production and logistics to ensure that client orders are fulfilled orderly.

· We may assign other duties as needed

Requirements

· Superior customer service, with the ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· High School Diploma

· Language –-Bilingual is considered and asset (English and French)

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

· Technical skills using Microsoft Office Suite of programs and CRM tools
