Job description

Addison Chevrolet is currently looking for a full-time Customer Retention Specialist to join our fast and busy team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers who want to schedule service with our dealership.
  • Complete outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle maintenance reminders, recalls and appointment confirmations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as directed

Qualifications

  • Preference will go to anyone with call center experience (but not mandatory)
  • Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
  • Successful candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, reliable, positive, and dedicated

Salary: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
