Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to inbound calls from customers who want to schedule service with our dealership.
- Complete outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle maintenance reminders, recalls and appointment confirmations.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Perform any other administrative tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Preference will go to anyone with call center experience (but not mandatory)
- Ability to multi-task and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Successful candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, reliable, positive, and dedicated
