Responsibilities
-Ensure the team is meeting sales targets and applying best practices in customer service
-Lead multiple teams with different functional goals
-Provide leadership and coaching to the team, ensuring employees have personal development plans and performance management plans when required
-Communicate expectations, analyze data, set priorities and take action on individual and team results
-Proactively share, develop and implement best practices in partnership with other internal business groups
-Establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with various internal departments
-Ensure detailed knowledge of company processes

Qualifications
-Experience in a management and supervisory position
-Between 7 and 10 years of experience in managing operational teams
-Degree in administration, marketing or other related discipline
-Bilingualism in French and English
-Mastery of excel and powerpoint software.
-Ability to develop and execute a strategic plan
-Good analytical skills
-Leadership and ability to work well in a team
-Actor of the continuous improvement of his teams
