SalaryA Little Bud is looking to hire a well-rounded and Customer Service focused individual for our non-medical Cannabis Retail Store located at 1484 Johnston Rd White Rock. The store is open from 10am-11pm Monday-Saturday and 10am-8pm Sunday.
A Little Bud is extremely passionate about cannabis! It’s who we are and what we do; we are not another cookie cutter corporate cannabis shop.
The position with A Little Bud will start at $18 per hour and include a review after 3 months. It is a an energetic and fun environment in an exciting industry. Paid training is provided and continual learning is a big part of the job. We are one of the busiest cannabis stores in the province and as such our budtenders are never bored! Potential hires MUST be high-energy and outspoken individuals with lots of personality who are Customer Service driven!
Your shifts will rotate between our customer serving Budtender role and Greeter. Once hired, you will be required to complete the Selling It Right certification before your first shift.
At A Little Bud, we offer our staff above average compensation and employees earn tips. Employees that work more than 20 hours per week will be eligible for benefits through Group Health, paid for by A Little Bud.
