Job Summary

We are looking to add full-time Quoting & Customer Service Coordinator to our growing team who is energetic and a self-starter. If you are looking for a fun and fast-paced environment with growth opportunities that will allow you to impact industries truly, then this is the place for you!

We want you on our team if you enjoy and have years of experience in the quoting and Customer Service fields and have a focus for detailed work.

Job Duties

Working and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Quoting & Customer Service Coordinator will perform the following tasks:

• Creating and researching quotes for customers, and custom projects
• Maintain the front showroom.
• Help customers in person and on the phone.
• Other duties as assigned

Applicants

You will need to be comfortable working in an industrial administrative environment.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical components

· Ability to multi-task

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft office

· Knowledge of QuickBooks – An asset

· Able to speak and read fluently in English.

· Understanding the fabrication industry – an asset
