We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
This job also requires you to pack and fulfil customers orders and label them. Using a computer as well as Excel is required.

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
- Help our team pack orders and general duties around the office.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze situations and problem-solve effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
