Customer Service Shift Supervisor - Ywg Airport

What you will do:

• Provide high-quality, uninterrupted, and efficient Customer Service.
• Supervise personnel ensuring professional conduct and appearance.
• Address and escalate operational issues as they arise.
• Maintain safety and efficiency in staff operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and.
• Deliver active customer care and maintain operational environment standards.
• Manage staffing levels and task quality and coordinate IRROP response.
• Audit staff tasks and processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Report facility deficiencies or malfunctions promptly.
• Coordinate with airport operations for effective passenger flow.
• Implement and adjust to instructions for operation management.
• Deliver bilingual greetings and Customer Service (English and French)
• Manage and respond to passenger issues and complaints.
• Build effective working relationships within the airport community.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance continuously. Provide feedback and coaching to staff.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in supervising Customer Service teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in operational planning and staff coordination.
• Proven track record of handling escalated customer situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with post-secondary education preferred.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Minimum one year of management / supervision experience, airport setting preferred.
• Eligible to work in Canada and capable of physical duties associated with the role.
• Self-motivated, with a strong focus on detail and problem-solving.
• Exceptional communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• Flexible for shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ready to undergo security clearance and criminal record checks.
• Positive and professional, aiming to enhance customer experience.
• Possess or able to obtain a valid RAIC (Restricted Area Identity Card).
