**Customer Service Representative**
**Duties:**
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist residents, family members, and team with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Analyze resident needs and communicate to appropriate site leadership
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
- Communicate effectively in both English
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred in hospitality or retirement industry
proficiency in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
