About us:

Hubflo is the next-generation client OS for service businesses (agencies, solopreneurs, professional services firms, etc.)

Our mission is to help service SMBs supercharge their business and elevate their client experience.

Hubflo brings togheter all the essential tools service businesses need to manage their clients and work: CRM, Client Portals, Projects, Billing, Communications, and more.

Founded last year, we are a team of 12 based between Paris and London. We raised $3M from top-tier investors (the first investors of Revolut, Deliveroo, Stripe...).

This position is entirely remote and is open exclusively to candidates based in the Eastern Standard Time zone, as it involves managing our US clients. The role includes one or two annual trips to either Paris or London for team meetings.

The role:

Are you passionate about helping small businesses thrive?

  • Onboarding and Training: Conduct engaging sessions to onboard new users, ensuring they are fully equipped to leverage Hubflo to its fullest potential.
  • Getting to know what our customers need, what technology they use, and showing them the best way to implement Hubflo.
  • Keeping customers happy and engaged by helping them use Hubflo better and more efficiently
  • Ongoing Support: Provide exceptional support through chat and email, conducting regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth adoption process and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are / Desired skills

  • Experienced in Customer Success (ideally in SaaS): You have a solid background in customer relations, with a knack for empathetically understanding and solving users' challenges.
  • Experience in working with small business owners
  • A Fast Learner: You can quickly absorb complex information, gaining a deep understanding of Hubflo and the varied industries it serves.
  • An Industry Chameleon: You possess the ability to adapt and understand different business models, applying this knowledge to help users integrate Hubflo seamlessly into their operations.
  • Creative Problem Solving: you can use your creativity to propose solutions and workarounds that address the unique challenges of each client, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
  • An Exceptional Communicator: You express ideas elegantly and effectively, making complex concepts accessible and engaging to all levels of tech-savviness.

Terms:

Available as soon as possible Full-time or part-time (minimum 4 days per week). Work location: remote
