Job description

The Customer Success Manager makes sure that every client gets incredible results. You are also responsible for making sure that they have an incredible experience as a client.

Location: Fully Remote! We are an online company, you are not required in any physical location.

OTE: $60,000 to $80,000 per year (CAD)

Schedule: You need to be available from 9 am to 5 pm EST, Monday through Friday, so that you can get back to clients quickly. We can be flexible on schedule, so feel free to apply if you'd like slightly different hours.

Growth Opportunities: 1. Promotion to a Head of Client Success role, where you will be managing all CSMs (OTE ≈ $100,000).

2. We invest tens of thousands of dollars per year in learning skills. This includes client success, marketing & sales skills. All our team members get access to these learning programs as well.

Detailed Job Explanation: As a company, we help other B2B (business-to-business) businesses increase their sales.

We currently do this by building out an A.I. cold emailing system for them.

This system books between 20-40 sales calls per month for our clients. This leads to 1-5 new clients per month.

Our typical client is an online small business, usually making from $0 (brand new) to $5M per year on the high-end.

We mainly work with marketing agencies, though some other businesses are working with us as well. Examples: financing companies, lending companies, accountants, etc.

As a CSM, you would be responsible for making sure that clients are finding success with this system. If they're not successful at first, you will offer them guidance on how to succeed.

We will offer you training on how our system & program works, as well as on what counts as success for our clients.

This system that we offer clients is not tech-heavy. Meaning that you DON'T NEED to be incredibly tech-savvy.... Though you do need SOME understanding of basic tech tools, such as Google Drive, Google Sheets, etc.

You will be working with up to 80 customers at any given time. Your focus will be on retention, upselling, generating referrals, and generating testimonials.

Your ultimate goal as a CSM will be to make sure that our client experience is incredible. This will then allow us to generate more referrals, and grow faster.

You over-deliver for clients. This will look like clients saying: "You didn't have to do that", "No one has ever done this for me", or "This is the best program I've ever been in".

The clients you're responsible for refer people to us, and film video testimonials.
