We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As the first point of contact for our clients, the Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between RevUp Dental and assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of project objectives according to clients' requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and development, and to meet client expectations.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding project progress and milestones.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
Minimum Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Creative problem solver and strategic thinking.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner and deal with clients face-to-face (virtually).
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
