Your responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Review applications of potential clients
- Develop attractive recruitment programs
- Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings
- Identify and implement techniques to improve employee motivation and engagement.
- Coach a team of Representatives
The minimum requirements for this job are:
- High School Diploma/GED (An undergraduate degree is preferred)
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in customer service/related field
- Winning attitude, ability to work independently
- Reliable communication and time management skills
- Available to travel(optional)
