Data Packaging Coordinators - LC-MS/MS

(Full time positions)

As a Data Packaging Coordinator, your main responsibilities are as below:

  • Generate, format and compile all raw data associated with Sample Extraction into PDF documents and files in a timely manner.
  • Review for accuracy and completeness for the documentation of the reagents and standards used for Sample Extraction.
  • Assist with general lab duties (verifying pipets, reagent prep, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Generate PDF documents of pertinent Liquid Chromatography – Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) raw data using instrument reporting software.
  • Create PDF documents of raw data associated with sample handling (sample extraction).
  • Ensure that all documentation used in the reports are complete.
  • Compile and format all PDF documents into comprehensive reports that allows an external validator to evaluate analytical data and determine usability, including analytical data results, quality control, and sample handling information.
  • Edit and review the data package content with meticulous detail. Ensure adherence to established report format.
  • Work collaboratively with Laboratory staff and Project Management team to establish priorities and coordinate a schedule for data package completion/submission. Provide updates on submission and target deadlines.
  • Evaluate the approach, process and coordination of data compilation and report delivery to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, etc.
  • Support and enforce strict adherence to corporate Quality and Health & Safety policies.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

 

You are the ideal Data Packaging Coordinator, if you have:

  • College diploma education or equivalent experience
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively in both an individual and team environment.
  • Proven ability to advance work tasks to successful and timely completion.
  • Excellent attention to detail. Well organised with good record keeping skills.
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Office suite of tools and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Experience/knowledge with analytical instrumentation software would be an asset, but not required.
