Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement camp programs and activities to ensure a positive and engaging experience for campers
- Create and manage camp schedules, including daily activities, fundraisers, and special events
- Supervise and support camp staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers, following established protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of camper attendance, incidents, and any necessary documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding camp updates, policies, and any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with campers, staff, and parents/guardians
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Problem-solving abilities to address any challenges or issues that may arise during camp operations
- Knowledge of educational principles and child development to create age-appropriate activities and programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field preferred

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a camp setting or similar youth programs is highly desirable

Job Type: Seasonal

Salary: $15.30-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Experience with children: 2 years (required)
