Day To Day Operations And Accounting

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join our team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Mornings will consist of routing, packing and ensuring orders are completed correctly, then focus will shift to the accounting side of things for the remainder of the day.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Handle accounts payable and receivable duties, including reviewing invoices, reconciling statements, and processing payments
- Support corporate finance activities such as budgeting and financial forecasting
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records and generate reports
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assist with financial auditing processes and provide necessary documentation
- Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accurate recording of transactions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in payroll processing, accounts payable, and corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial analysis
- Proficiency in using accounting software (quickbooks online) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
