Magic Mountain Child Development Centre is a well-established and rapidly growing company in Airdrie, with 3 locations. We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable in child development, have excellent engagement skills, and a willingness to support the children. We are looking for someone with excellent work attendance, great communication skills, professionalism, and a team player. Some job requirements are as follows:
· Have a Class 4 or Class 1or 2 with S endorsement
· Ensuring the environment is up to our high standards of cleanliness and safety
· Lead and support the children in integrated learning and fun
· Build positive relationships with the children, families, and coworkers
· Participate in professional development activities
· Be knowledgeable in and adhere to the Alberta Early Learning and Child Care Regulations to maintain our high quality of care

The posted pay is the base wage without the government wage top up and dependent on position and certification.
