Meadowvale Toyota is part of a group of automotive dealerships who provide retail sales of new and pre-owned vehicles, original parts, maintenance, repairs and detailing operations.

Our ideal candidate must:
- Have 2+ years of experience with posting automotive deals.
- Knowledge PBS would be an asset.
- Be able to work in office Monday through Friday from 7:30 am -4:00 pm
- Be organized and professional.
- Have good teamwork skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Processing new, used & wholesale deals including the review of sales programs for our Ontario dealerships.
- Oversight of vehicle purchases
- Liaising with manufacturers and sending appropriate documentation
- Calculating commissions
- Managing accounting schedules (reconciliations)
- Ensuring the proper treatment of taxes (HST and PST)
- Submission of contracts
- Other duties as required
