We have openings for deli clerks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves food and enjoys working with people. This is a full time position, with flexible hours. You must be able to work weekends and evenings, as business requires. Wage is commensurate with experience, and skills you may possess.
Some of the duties of a Deli clerk include:
- Adhere to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety, corporate policies, and other programs and initiatives
- Communicate with customers verbally in person or by telephone
- Prepare, package and price a variety of ready to eat foods including pizzas, sandwiches, rotisserie chickens
- Slice meats and cheeses according to customer requests
- Sample products to customers
- Receive stock and sort product into coolers
- Merchandise products into refrigerated counters
- Increase store sales by actively promoting products
- Order and receive stock in accordance with company inventory control procedures as required
- Assist with maintaining computer automated ordering system for inventory and production control.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment as per Company requirements
- Other duties as required

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
