KO Auto Finance is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Coordinator/Customer Service Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the customer journey, ensuring that vehicle deliveries are seamless and customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate Deliveries:
- Schedule and organize vehicle deliveries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and timelines.
Document Deliveries:
- Take detailed and high-quality photos of vehicles prior to delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of delivered vehicles and associated documentation.
Customer Interaction:
- Work closely with customers to coordinate delivery times and locations.
- Provide clear and timely communication to customers throughout the delivery process.
Post-Delivery Follow-up:
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers after the vehicle has been delivered to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by customers and take appropriate actions.
Customer Service Management:
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve delivery and customer service procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and delivery coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with automotive industry processes is a plus.
