Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Demand Generation Lead for March Networks is responsible for creating and implementing the Demand Generation strategy, campaign management, SEO and Advertising, and analytics and reporting activities, in order to maximize the effectiveness of March Networks' Demand Generation activities. This will involve both funnel-based marketing and conversion rate optimization, as well as Account Based Marketing (ABM) engagement and thought leadership campaigns. The successful candidate should have previous demonstrable success at a B2B Tech company increasing the number and quality of leads in a B2B marketing function utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement (Pardot). This exciting opportunity is a highly visible role that involves coordination and communication primarily with other parts of marketing and the sales function but also across multiple other departments within March Networks, requiring the leadership skills necessary to influence, align, and motivate cross-functional teams to create as much success as possible.

Responsibilities:

Demand Generation Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive Demand Generation strategies aligned with the business objectives to deliver more and better qualified leads for the sales team.

- Implement and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to target key accounts based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) and increase engagement with the key personas in these accounts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Demand Generation efforts with overall sales and marketing goals.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.

- Utilize Salesforce for efficient lead management, nurturing and tracking.

- Leverage Google Analytics and Salesforce to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

SEO and Advertising:

- Drive organic traffic through effective SEO strategies, staying current with industry best practices.

- Implement SEO and advertising initiatives to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

- Ideally, have experience with the Brightedge SEO tool for advanced SEO analytics and insights.

- Utilize Brightedge to optimize content, monitor keyword performance, and make data-driven SEO recommendations.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn ads.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Develop and maintain performance reporting dashboards in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Salesforce to track key performance indicators.

- Analyze data from various sources to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Present regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting campaign success and areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience in Demand Generation, B2B marketing, and account-based marketing.

- Proficiency and significant experience in Salesforce for lead management.

- Expertise in Google Analytics for performance reporting.

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn ads.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices and strategies.

- Ideally, experience with the Brightedge SEO tool.

- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Sales experience considered an asset.
