Dental Clinic Manager

Our busy and large general dentistry practices, located in beautiful Victoria B.C., are continually growing and as a result we are looking to add a strong, experienced and proven leader to our team.

This position will be responsible for helping oversee operations, running and supporting an efficient and effective admin and clinical team. Ownership is active and involved, taking on the CEO as well as advertising and financial officer roles. We also have a head of human resources manager as well.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, high energy, humble team player that has excellent people skills and communication as well as problem solving and decision making abilities. Furthermore, the candidate must have at least 5 years of successful Dental Clinic management experience with a lengthy background in admin/reception and ideally has experience as a CDA with extensive clinical knowledge as well.

Salary: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
