Mainline Medical Dental Supply (MMDS) is hiring a full-time permanent Dental Assistant/Customer Service Representative. You will work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM - 5 PM.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional experience to our customers. This includes responding to inbound calls, taking orders, managing email inquiries, sales follow-ups, etc...
- Proactively address and respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with both operations and sales teams to understand processes.
- Manage Excel spreadsheets proficiently, handling tasks such as updating product and inventory information.
Qualifications:
- A true self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.
- Previous experience in Customer Service over the phone, emphasizing strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to address customer concerns and diffuse situations effectively.
- Absolute must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Enthusiastic and confident with a friendly and polite demeanor.
- Outstanding time management skills.
