Dental Customer Service Representative

Mainline Medical Dental Supply (MMDS) is hiring a full-time permanent Dental Assistant/Customer Service Representative. You will work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, between 8:30 AM - 5 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional experience to our customers. This includes responding to inbound calls, taking orders, managing email inquiries, sales follow-ups, etc...
• Proactively address and respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with both operations and sales teams to understand processes.
• Manage Excel spreadsheets proficiently, handling tasks such as updating product and inventory information.

Qualifications:

• A true self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.
• Previous experience in Customer Service over the phone, emphasizing strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to address customer concerns and diffuse situations effectively.
• Absolute must have proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Enthusiastic and confident with a friendly and polite demeanor.
• Outstanding time management skills.

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
