Hillside Family Dental Associates is looking for a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our large and busy team. Our practice pride’s itself for having a friendly, professional, and patient centred atmosphere and we are looking for someone to keep the office efficient, dynamic, and a great place to work. The ideal candidate is a human resource specialist, with a dental background who is seeking to apply their expertise and training to manage a dynamic team of dental professionals. Your role would be to support the practice while also contributing to its growth and sustainability. A Dental Background is a requirement. Training will be provided in all the necessary skills needed to be successful in this position. It will be tailored to your existing knowledge and further development needs.
Schedule: 36- 40hr work week in office
Compensation: $35-$40/hr dependant on relevant experience

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
· Administer day to day activities of the office
· Manage and oversee all compliance programs within the practice
· Onboarding/offboarding
· Organize/implement employee training
· Conflict resolution
· Plan office events
· Assign, direct and manage staff duties
· Lead, coach and motivate the teams
· Accounts receivable/payable
· Payroll
· Prepare and maintain various business reports
· Record keeping
· Budgeting
About you:
· Excellent communication skills
· Human Resource Management Certificate preferred
· Team player
· Customer service experience
· Knowledge of Dental Provincial regulations
· Dental experience necessary
· Abeldent knowledge preferred but not required
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office programs
· Staff management – minimum 5 years experience
