Lancaster Dental Clinic is a small clinic located in Lancaster, ON. We are very family oriented and thrive on providing both our patients and our staff a warming and welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering the phones, collecting payments and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented and have a strong computer knowledge. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to helping our practice grow.
This position will be full time - permanent career after training is completed and will be discussed during the in person interview.
Schedule: When training is completed this is a full time position Monday – Thursday 7:45am-5:15pm with a 1 hour lunch. No nights or weekends!

Please note dental experience is not required but is a bonus.
Language Requirement: Very good English and basic spoken French is needed.
