Form of workAdecco is currently seeking a skilled Desktop Analyst to join our client's team in Calgary, AB. This 6-month Contract role offers a competitive salary of $35-$40 per hour. The ideal candidate will have expertise in deployments, installations, and customer service, with knowledge of VDI, imaging, and Windows support.
Pay rate: $35-$40/hour.
Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:00pm

Responsibilities:
Perform deployments and installs of desktop equipment and software.
Assist with lifting equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
Provide customer service and support, potentially covering service desk duties.
Proficiency in VDI, imaging, and Windows support.
Experience with ServiceNow ticket system.
Basic Microsoft skills for applications.
Knowledge of audio-video equipment, including projectors.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service and support experience.
Strong technical skills in desktop support and IT troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
