Desktop Support Technician: On-call support needed
We are looking for independent contractors.
Responsibilities
● Identifying and resolving the root cause of office hardware, network, and software malfunctions
● Provide end-user support and assistance on various operating systems and applications
● New desktop/laptop installations and troubleshooting
● Perform imaging and re-imaging of workstation operating systems and applications
● Deliver a positive customer experience by maintaining contractual service levels
● Utilize your experience and knowledge for customer documentation development
● Perform hardware warranty and non-warranty repairs of desktops, notebooks, printers, servers, and network equipment as well as point of sale and other non-traditional end-user equipment
● Prepare real-time, accurate, and detailed notes within the ticketing system
● Provide end-user support and assistance on various operating systems and applications

Job Type: Temporary, on-call
Regular hours: 9 am-5pm (Monday-Friday) - 30$/hour
Evening shift: 5 pm-1 am 35$/hour
Overnight shift: 1 am-9 am 35$/hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
Experience:
- IT support: 4 years (preferred)
