Job description

Who are we?

CAMFED Canada, part of the global CAMFED Consortium, is known for supporting girls' education and empowering young women as leaders. Operating in Ghana, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Malawi, CAMFED has helped educate girls who then lead social and economic change in their communities, fighting poverty. CAMFED is recognized as a world-class model, working with governments and partners for over 30 years to ensure marginalized girls succeed in school and beyond. With over six million children supported in schools since 1993 and over 250,000 young women alumni in the CAMFED Association, CAMFED's impact is tangible. If you want to make a difference, join our team.

Why join us?

This is an exciting time to join CAMFED as we head into the next phase of our strategic plan. CAMFED aims to significantly impact the lives of generations of girls and young women in sub-Saharan Africa over the next decade. In addition, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package including extended health coverage, a generous vacation allotment and contributions to an RRSP plan.
