- Master the technical setup of campaigns, ensuring accurate targeting, tracking, and execution to reach desired audiences efficiently.
- Conduct ongoing monitoring and rigorous optimization of campaigns to enhance performance metrics and achieve superior ROI.
- Employ creative problem-solving to develop ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with target demographics and drive conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data from a variety of sources, translating complex metrics into actionable insights and strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that advertising strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay at the forefront of Digital Advertising trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices to continually elevate campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Digital Advertising Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role, with a strong foundation in both the technical and creative aspects of Digital Advertising.
- Expertise in managing paid campaigns across a variety of platforms, including search engines and social media.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and ad platform-specific dashboards to interpret and act on data.
- Demonstrable ability to think creatively in developing ad concepts and optimizing user journeys for conversion.
- Effective budget management skills, with a history of maximizing returns within allocated budgets.
