Digital Content, Social Media and Marketing Executive

Valespring Cosmetic Surgery Institute is a fully-accredited private surgical facility and medical spa located in Richmond Hill, ON. We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced digital media specialist to work with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creation and management of Social Media accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, Youtube, Realself, etc.)
• Increase brand awareness through enhanced online presence
• Social media content generation with new posts daily (requires on-site presence)
• Photo and video capturing, uploading and editing
• Assistance with reputation management
• Setting up and maintaining advertisements though Meta and other platforms
• Track and analyze Social Media metrics
• Generating and sending marketing emails on a regular basis
• Community engagement
• Collaboration with our existing team to assist with: minor website edits, search engine optimization, management of current advertising campaigns, and editing of electronic medical record (EMR) templates as required
• Ability to work in a manner that is self-directed, highly efficient and fast-paced
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing an exceptional work environment
• Other tasks related to maintaining the business on an as-needed basis

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms, trends and analytics with 2+ years experience
• Marketing/Advertising experience preferred
• Experience in some graphic design preferred
• Photo and Video Editing experience
• Experience with Social Media management tools
• Experience in the cosmetics or healthcare fields is an asset
• The preferred candidate will have a keen eye for optimal aesthetics and will be able to generate content that captures individuals in a professional, standardized and flattering manner
• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
