Our company purpose is to fuel the revenue growth of Client-Partners through effective marketing strategies that works. That is where you come in. Your mission (if you choose to accept it) is to play a critical role in our company’s growth by working alongside our President and Creative Director to push the boundaries on our own online marketing initiative, assist in early-stage sales calls and grow our top line revenues. As our Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will take the lead on our:
1. Social media strategy and presence.
2. Email marketing campaigns.
3. Targeted outbound sales campaigns.
4. Early-stage sales calls and communications.
5. Create automated client pathways by leading all CRM implementations (Zoho).
6. New, innovative and boundary pushing Business Development strategies.

Your performance will be measured by the effectiveness of the company’s revenue growth as a result of your work. You’ll be accountable for reporting weekly and optimizing your effectiveness. We are only looking for an experienced digital marketer and Business Development Specialist who can prove past success with clients and is looking for a real challenge.

You need to be a creative and tech-savvy organizational wiz who wants to work as part of a small team of production managers, digital marketers and graphic designers. You must be a quick learner, very detail-oriented, process-driven, resourceful, and willing to step in when needed.

The job is NOT for everyone. You will have lots of autonomy with support from our President and Creative Director However, you will be accountable for conversion results and pipeline development measured weekly. If you are delivering results for Tulip Media – perfect! If you are not, it is your responsibility to turn it around.

Tulip Media Group operates in Fredericton, New Brunswick. We are virtual, so you must have accessibility to a private home office space. However, we do require face-to-face meetings at least monthly, and therefore the position is open to ONLY residents of the Fredericton, New Brunswick region. Applicants outside the region will not be considered.

As a Superstar Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist, you will earn $48,000 to $65,000 (depending on experience level) plus health benefits, the best vacation package in the business, a strong profit-sharing program and with growth comes opportunities for career advancement.

You will be provided with a full home office setup and computer system. At Tulip Media, we develop people and invest heavily in our team with continuous training, development and certifications.
