Digital Marketing Intern

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Digital Marketing, including Google Ads, email marketing, analytics, and more. This internship will provide valuable insights into the world of Digital Marketing and help you develop essential skills for a successful career in this field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of Digital Marketing campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and performance using Google Analytics
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for Digital Marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Digital Marketing

Eligibility:

- Must be unemployed or self-identify as under-employed (employed below their level of education or outside their field of study or work part-time).

- Be new to our organization (CBSAlife).

- Be a graduate of a post-secondary academic program.

- Cannot have previously participated in the Digital Skills for Youth Program.

- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

- Able to work full-time.

- Cannot be in receipt of Employment Insurance at the time of the internship start date.

Experience:

- Candidate must have experience with website development, social media campaigns and other content development, and be proficient in the use of various software programs.

- Candidate must have experience with communication and entrepreneurship.

This is a paid internship position located at our office at 196 Innovation Drive. We offer a supportive work environment where you can learn and grow your skills in Digital Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
