Saskatchewan Soccer Association is the designated Provincial Sport Governing Body for soccer in Saskatchewan.
The Director of Business and Finance serves as the chief operations officer for the Saskatchewan Soccer Association (SSA). The Director of Business and Finances primary role is to provide direction, leadership and management of the business operations of the Association, in accordance with the Associations Mission, strategic goals and priorities, and policies and plans. Operations shall be understood to include the Associations finances, programs and services, assets and resources.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate understanding and capability in the following core competencies:

- Organizational Structures and Processes
- Governance
- Communications
The successful candidate will have a relevant university degree (e.g., MBA, business administration, management, policy studies) and at least five years of senior management experience in the nonprofit sector. . Soccer background is an asset
SSA maintains offices in both Saskatoon and Regina and therefore this position may be filled in either location. Travel to the other location will be required. The job entails working flexible hours, including sometimes on weekends
