SalaryCoveo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director ofCloud Infrastructure and Developer Experience to lead our platform engineering unit. In this role, you will play a pivotal role collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading 5 talented and experienced managers and collaborating directly with our SVP of technology. Concretely, you’ll be in charge of overseeing the development of Coveo’s Cloud Infrastructure and our Developer Experience platform, making sure we reach our objectives and comply with our security standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cloud Infrastructure, cloud security, architecture, and operations, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable cloud services. We are looking for someone with proven experience in leading a mature team of technical professionals.
Responsibilities:- Lead Cloud Infrastructure and oversee the design, implementation, and operation of Coveo’s Cloud Infrastructure.
- Lead Developer Experience and ensure optimal tools and support is given to all developers at Coveo.
- Develop and implement Cloud Infrastructure strategies that align with Coveo’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Cloud services.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of Coveo’s Cloud Infrastructure.
- Manage the Cloud Infrastructure budget, ensuring cost optimization through effective FinOps practices.
- Manage OKRs for the whole unit and ensure alignment with SVP of technology and company.
- Manage employee performance reviews and promotion packages, keeping fairness, transparency, and effectiveness top of mind.
- Collaborate closely with the SVP of technology, aligning and designing strategic roadmaps in order to reach the company’s objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, architecture, and operations with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
- Excellent leadership skills and experience managing teams of professionals.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
