```Job Overview:```

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team. As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide essental support to individuals with disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of their time in classes.

```Duties:```

- Assist individuals with activities in a class setting. Classes will be small and the ratio of client to worker will be low. Classes will be based around life skills necessary for adult life and located at different venues around the city.

- Provide emotional support and companionship

- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's behavior

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the individual

```Qualifications:```

- Previous experience in caregiving or a related fields is preferred such as Early Childhood Educator, Personal Support Worker, Social Service Worker, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Applied Behavioral Therapy

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with individuals with disabilities

- Compassionate, patient, and understanding nature

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
